1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using Bluff of the Bunch™ Online (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Who May Use the Game
Bluff of the Bunch™ Online is intended for children and families to enjoy together. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the Game and ensuring that play is appropriate for their child.
3. Accounts and Usernames
The Game uses system-generated nicknames (for example, "BluePanda41") and optional passwords. Players cannot choose usernames that identify them in the real world.
If you create a saved account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. We are not able to recover lost passwords because we do not collect email addresses or other personal contact information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Game in any way that:
- Attempts to break, disrupt, or overload the Game or its servers;
- Harasses, bullies, or harms other players;
- Introduces viruses, malicious code, or automated bots;
- Attempts to access accounts or data that do not belong to you;
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
5. Intellectual Property
Bluff of the Bunch™, the card game, the Game design, graphics, logos, and related content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Game only for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game or its assets without our prior written permission.
6. Privacy

7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Game at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or to keep the Game available at all times.

The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Game (which is currently offered without charge).

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted means that you accept the updated terms.
